How long does it take to set up?

Setup depends on your organization, if you are by yourself, we can get you setup for tomorrow, if your company has 1-5 users, you can expect 1-2 weeks, if your organization is over 10 users, expect 2-4 weeks for implementation. Again, Batonna is an intuitive program, the most logical step is the next step.

During initial setup, you will input your rates, ie hourly, and flat fee rates, Batonna will keep track of hours and expenses, at preset points in the process, Botanna will submit an invoice to your clients based on your contract. Once payment has been received, plans are released to your client.

Stop waisting time putting contracts together for your clients, with Botanna, we will automate contract signing. You can choose to collect a retainer before performing the work, or collect your payment at any point in the process.
